Felicidades por el blog, ya era hora de que alguien alzara la voz, estamos todos de acuerdo y no es necesario hacer encuestas en las facultades el metodo es inpractico y basta con ver como ajustan los parametros de examenes como el ceneval o el nacional de residencia solo para decir que es operable. Deberian de publicar eso no lo que no se ve lo esconden. Lo mas caro sera que los que ya egresamos recuperemos la tranquilidad de estar a la par con los colegas profesionales de otras universidades. Es lo mas dificil.
Dentro de las cosas necesarias, es tener un espacio de libre expresión, creo que esta pagina cumple con esa función, pero veo de un modo no del tanto imparcial.
Fleming, no todos estamos de acuerdo, es muy temerario decirlo, hay quienes estamos a favor del método.
Lo que puedo decir de el método de lo que no estoy a favor es que cada semestre cambia,no permite la verdadera adaptación del estudiante a un único sistema.

Me es muy grato apreciar estas lineas de escritura encaminadas por algunos de mis compañeros y tutores de mi facultad, para de esta forma enterarme de o que acontece dentro de la facultad y permanece entre las sombras y debajo de objetos, los cuales no los dejan salir al exterior. Es por esto, que lo felicito por crear un espacio en el cual se reflexione sobre este metodo de enseñanza.
Como me he dado cuenta en las lecturas anteriores, para mi la pregunta no es "¿quien es usted? o ¿que es usted?" sino que es lo que busca con este sitio de "expresion", y lo pongo de esa manera, ya que no he podido apreciar ningun comentario constructivista en estos parrafos que no sean de profesores defensores del ABP y algunos comentarios suyos tratando de mitigar un poco palabrerias con el minimo sentido, que refieren como sentimientos de los estudiantes de medicina.
A parte de esto, quisiera comentar que es lo que el ABP refleja en mi.
El alumno durante la mayor parte de su infancia y adolescencia, se le "acostumbro" a recibir toda la informacion abstracta en la palma de su mano, dejando de lado su responsabilidad como estudiante e incluso olvidando sus labores como tal. Es decir, el alumno olvida quien es y que DEBE realizar durante su formacion basica. Lo que este metodo comprende, es la neoformacion, no solo intelectual sino moral como futuros profesionistas. La mayoria de los aqui expresores, refieren sus desagrados debidos principalmente a la falta de materias basicas en su plan de estudios. De alguna u otra forma es comprensible tal disgusto, pero como lo referi anteriormente el ABP esta enfocado a la responsabilidad de tu propia formacion. Si ustedes quieren aprender sobre materias basicas, existen infinidad de publicaciones y fuentes impresas en las cuales se puede aprender. De alguna forma, es muy complejo tratar de entender algo de Anatomia sin tener algo de bases, sin embargo tenemos tutores de caracter internacional en nuestra facultad, los cuales siempre estan ahi para cualquier duda o aclaracion sobre la informacion revisada.
Es muy facil tratar de culpar a otros, pero no creo conveniente culpar a alguien o algo porque nosotros no aprendemos lo suficiente. Lamentable o afortunadamente este metodo no es para estudiantes perezosos, sino para estudiantes con hambre de conocimiento.
Es verdad que nos hemos encontrado con muchos cambios, no solo de horarios, sino tambien de materias, pero deberiamos entender que el metodo no esta completamente acoplado, es un metod joven en esta facultad. El metodo seguira cambiando hasta encontrar un equilibrio y eso, creo que es lo que la mayoria esta esperando.

Por ultimo me despido y agradezco el espacio, sin antes mencionar que no es necesario un metodo "extraordinario" y nuevo como el ABP, o uno "obsoleto" y antiguo como el tradicional, el estudiante que tiene deseos de aprender, puede aprender mas en la Facultad de Medicina de un pais tercermundista, que en Harvard.

hola ya habia oido hablar del sitio pero no lo visitaba, saben creo que el abp no es la panacea en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje de un medico, pero tampoco es un mal metodo, es cierto nosotros somos los formadores del verdadero aprendizaje(sin herir suceptibilidades) pero creo que esta mal manejado y es cierto esta en constante renovacion, yo creo k lo ideal seria el modelo mixto, o sea claro que genera habilidades y destrezas( te suelta la boca aunque tu fuente sea de lo mas chafa o ni lo comprendiste) pero crea tambien problemas: en tutoria suelen hablarse barrabasadas y los tutores a veces se duermen o no les interesa de anatomia porque son "investigadores" de fisiologia, diabetes, etc.
A esto aunemosle que el año pasado en diciembre los doctores del internado(col.)presentaron una serie de pruebas acerca de nuestros colegas internistas que son unos bocones, no pelan los consejos del doctor experimentado, no tienen valores, etc. y que en el servicio mas de algun medico se refiere a su "pseudo-aprendizaje" creo yo no hay que pasarlo por alto, yo tome todo esto en cuenta e igual el tradicional(que ya siente la influencia del ABP) no es lo maximo pero si te brinda las bases para que tu conocimiento sea mas metodico y cientifico no basadoen la parafrasis de un alumno que tiene igual un promedio de 100 o de 86 o k pagó por entrar a la facu porque kien lo niegue MIENTE ahi valen las influencias; asi que abraa que preguntarnos? En verdad se estan formando médicos capaces y no solo en el abp sino en el tradicional; y no se hagan mensos todo depende de nosotros y Dios dijo: "Ayudate que yo te ayudaré" asi que yo me ayude y me cambie... en hora buena.
